Embodying New Ways of Being

For so many of us, dance is the place we can go to feel calm, clear, connected to ourselves, present, grounded, expanded and fully alive.

Interestingly, in our daily lives so many of us want to feel calm, clear, connected to ourselves, present, grounded, expanded and fully alive.

How would it change our day to day lives if we had a way live our daily lives from THAT place?

How would it change our relationships, our reactions, the things we are aware of and the things we are reacting to that we are not even aware of?

In response to this, I’ve crafted a short exercise for you to enable you to embody more calm, clear, connected to ourselves, present, grounded, expanded and fully alive feelings to your daily lives.
